🟦 2. DEFINITIONS
“Client” — Any individual, business, organisation or representative using Fixwebnode services. “Services” — All digital support, IT support, Linux administration, web development, website repair, and related offerings. “Digital Support” — Human‑first assistance for devices, apps, telehealth, accessibility, digital literacy and general tech help. “Technical Support” — IT, Linux, server, infrastructure, diagnostics, web engineering and related technical services. “In‑Person Support” — Services delivered physically within Melbourne suburbs. “Remote Support” — Services delivered via phone, video call, remote desktop or online communication.
🟦 3. ELIGIBILITY
You must be:

At least 18 years old, or

A parent/guardian providing consent for a minor, or

An authorised representative of a business or organisation.
NDIS participants must be Plan‑Managed, Self‑Managed, or private clients. Fixwebnode does not provide services under NDIA Agency‑Managed plans.

🟦 5. SERVICE DELIVERY
Remote Services
Most technical and digital support services are delivered remotely using secure communication tools.
In‑Person Services
In‑person digital support is available across Melbourne suburbs. Fixwebnode reserves the right to decline in‑person service requests based on safety, distance, or availability.
Technical Limitations
Remote IT support may require:

Device access

Permission to install or configure software

Temporary remote desktop access
Clients are responsible for ensuring their environment supports remote delivery.
🟦 6. CLIENT RESPONSIBILITIES
Clients agree to:

Provide accurate information

Maintain safe environments for in‑person visits

Ensure lawful use of devices and systems

Obtain necessary permissions for business systems

Back up important data before service delivery

Notify Fixwebnode of any hazards or risks
Fixwebnode is not responsible for data loss resulting from pre‑existing issues, hardware failure, or client negligence.
🟦 7. PAYMENT TERMS
General
Payment is required at the time of booking unless otherwise agreed.
NDIS Clients
Plan‑Managed clients: invoices sent to plan managers. Self‑Managed clients: payment required upfront or upon invoice. Private clients: payment required upfront.
Businesses & Organisations
Invoices must be paid within the stated terms (typically 7–14 days). Late payments may incur fees.
Non‑Refundable Services
Completed services, consultations, and digital support sessions are non‑refundable.
🟦 8. CANCELLATIONS & RESCHEDULING
Client Cancellations

More than 24 hours notice: no fee

Less than 24 hours: 50% fee

No‑shows: full fee
Fixwebnode Cancellations
We may reschedule due to emergencies, safety concerns, or technical limitations. Clients will not be charged for Fixwebnode‑initiated cancellations.

Fixwebnode is not liable for:

Pre‑existing device or system damage

Misuse of advice or instructions

Our services are provided “as‑is” and “as‑available”.

We do not store passwords, private keys, or sensitive authentication data.

Fixwebnode may terminate service relationships if:

Clients may terminate services at any time, subject to cancellation fees.

These Terms are governed by the laws of Victoria, Australia. Any disputes will be handled through Victorian legal channels.

Fixwebnode may update these Terms at any time. Continued use of services indicates acceptance of updated Terms.
